Unspecified hepatitis was diagnosed as an esoteric form by Yana in November 2023, and her medical history began there. The girl was discharged with improvements from the city children's infectious diseases clinical hospital. In January 2024, during a routine examination, the test results were not good. Yana was observed at the Belarusian Research Center for Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology since January 22, 2024. The girl was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia trisproctae. Immunosuppressive therapy was administered to Yana. Therapy did not receive any response. The transplant took place on June 19, 2024. Considering the severity of the child’s condition, a generalized fungal infection against the background of prolonged grade 4 cytopenia, in order to save the patient’s life, intravenous administration of Posaconazole is indicated. Yana was supported through the «Medicines and medical equipment» program.
