In June 2023, Mikhail was diagnosed with an alarming diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia. An allogeneous transplant was carried out on the boy. Mikhail is currently facing a problem called venoocclusive liver disease during the post-transplant period. The treatment method for this life-threatening complication is the drug Defibrotide (Defitelo). Financial support was provided to the boy for the purchase of this medicine by our partner OJSC «Gazprom Transgaz Belarus».
