   At the age of 10, Nastya had changes in her gait. The girl started to stumble and fall frequently, which resulted in underloading her heel while walking. From the moment of the first symptoms, gait began to deteriorate rapidly, but then the disease development stopped. Numerous examinations have not yielded any results. At the moment, there are no improvements or changes, the gait remains spastic. The girl regularly takes rehabilitation courses and physical therapy. To clarify the diagnosis and select the appropriate treatment, Nastya is shown to perform a genetic analysis - whole genome sequencing.
