A high temperature rose in early March 2023, which was the first sign of the disease. Despite the fever lasting for multiple days, the treatment was ineffective. After the results of the blood test, Sasha was sent for consultation to the Minsk Regional Children's Clinical Hospital, from where the diagnosis of acute leukemia was transferred to the RNPC of Pediatric Oncology, Hematology and Immunology. In December 2023, Sasha had a convulsive syndrome in the form of motor activity seizures. The child has secondary graft insufficiency, which causes cytopenia. To date, the medicine Daratumumab is used to treat immune cytopenia after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Given the limited therapeutic possibilities, it was decided to prescribe an induction course of Darzalex (daratumumab) at the rate of 16 mg/kg-a dose of 4 times a week. Therapy with Darzalex (daratumumab) is indicated - a total of 8 vials of 100 mg are needed for the course. Aleksandr was supported by «Help without delay» project.
