Our governance

The Board of Directors is the Foundation’s highest collegiate body.

It meets regularly to ensure the achievement of the Foundation's objectives and tasks as well as to consider applications and make short listing decisions. The Board of Directors acts on the basis of the Foundation’s Charter and the Statute of the Board of Directors.

The members of the Board of Directors carry out their activity on a voluntary basis.

The Board of trustees

The Board of Trustees exercises control over the Foundation's work. The main functions are monitoring the decisions implementation, approving the short listed candidates for getting financial assistance, contributing to the Foundation's goals achievement by creating awareness among the general public and government representatives, contributing to the Foundation's positive public image strengthening. The Board members carry out their work on a voluntary basis.
